After suffering a severe injury on Valentine's Day 2024—where I was hit by a car that left my right femur crushed and my left knee requiring extensive repairs—I underwent months of therapy to regain mobility. In mid-April, I joined the YMCA with the goal of continuing to strengthen my legs and improve my overall mobility.
